Your Holistic Lifestyle Coaching will initially consist of a Nutrition & Lifestyle Questionnaire, This is a system for assessing physiological load which means identifying the primary stressors affecting your health. This questionnaire will look at all the foundational principles:
- You Are What You Eat
- Circadian Health / Sleep Wake Cycles
- You Are When You Eat
- Detoxification System Health / Fungus & Parasites
After completing the questionnaires we will find out your bodies main stressors. Our priority would be to reduce these main stressors and balance your bodies systems. This will give you more functionality and allow you to achieve your goals and dreams.
Exercise is a stress, therefore adding vast amounts of exercise to a client who has an unbalanced body and is under high physiological load is ineffective. Looking at the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual stress would balance the bodies systems and create an effective response.
Also during your Holistic Lifestyle Coaching we would determine your Metabolic Type. Metabolic Typing is the system that identifies and individual’s genetically-based nutrition, dietary and energy requirements. The one size fits all approach doesnt work when it comes to nutrition, therefore to achieve optimal health and wellbeing, you must determine what metabloic type is correct for you. Complete the Metabolic Typing Questionnaire to get a basic sense of which metabolic type best suits your body. This will categorize you as either a protein type, a carb type or a mixed type. No one type is better they are all equal, it is just a case of finding the best type to suit your body. If you require more information on Metabolic Typing please look for the work by William L. This Holistic LIfestyle Coaching program will take you on a journey of transformation from start to finish, initial assessment to complete resolution of your health and fitness goals. During this course you will be constantly learning every week what your body wants and needs to keep it on track to achieving your goals. I will show you how to portion your meals to achieve your optimal weight. You will learn the truth about fats and oils and what to avoid and why. Learn the benefits of organic vs non-organic foods.
